These Terms of Service apply to the AI Chat website at futa-ai.net and its public character profiles. By using the website, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
02. Minimum age
You must be at least 18 years old, or the higher age required in your location, to use this site. Stop using the site if you do not meet that requirement.
03. Local eligibility
You are responsible for checking whether viewing this content and accessing linked services is lawful where you are. These terms do not authorise activity prohibited by local law.
04. What AI Chat provides
AI Chat presents fictional adult anime characters, introductory descriptions and invitations to an external chat service. It does not itself provide a live conversation service, account system or payment facility.
05. Fictional characters
All featured characters are fictional adults and all portraits are illustrations. Their names, personalities and imagined settings do not imply that a real person is available to communicate with you.
06. Character ages
